Food has always been at the center of my life. As a kid growing up in Ghana, I was known as “ezibanwura”—the food lover! My mum, a professional caterer, passed on her love of cooking to me, and I started whipping up our favourite Ghanaian dishes at home when I was a teenager.

When I moved to England, I found myself exploring all kinds of cuisines, but I never lost touch with the flavour of home. That’s how Pinch of West Africa was born. It’s more than just a food brand—it’s a celebration of West African culture, flavour, and creativity. My mission is to bring the vibrant taste of West African fusion food to people across the world.
