This Baked Cod recipe is a perfect way to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal with minimal effort. Ingredients:
2 Cod Fillets (approximately 150g each)
2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Garlic Granules
1 tsp Onion Granules
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Chilli Flakes (optional, adjust to taste)
1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
1 tsp Sea Salt (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.Season the Cod:
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic granules, onion granules, black pepper, chilli flakes, grated ginger, and sea salt. Rub the spice mixture evenly on all sides of the cod fillets.Prepare for Baking:
Place the seasoned cod fillets on the baking tray. Top each fillet with a sprig of fresh thyme and a bay leaf. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets to keep them moist and enhance flavour during baking.Bake the Cod:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
